Helium Balloons
Gliding soundlessly and effortlessly, as if in a world of there own, helium balloons have fired imaginations and appealed to a sense of romanticism. From as early as 1783 balloons have traveled the skies, often in unintended directions, but that was part of the adventure and appeal as well. Fun and decorative, the largest of my mini-collection will travel the ceilings of the home, decorating the living room, den or child’s nursery. The smallest ones with their multicolored striped spheres will gracefully float between the branches of a Christmas tree, or decorate a window. The balloon is made of the same material as a globe is made of. These don’t actually float. They hang from a hook. No need to inflate. All three sizes come in three different colors. Red, blue and orange. Please specify the colors you want when checking out your order.

Weather Glasses
These 17th century barometers continue to fascinate. Because of its interesting story? Or its delicate and elegant accent to your home. They make welcome additions to my line of antique instruments. A low water level in the spout indicates high pressure and predicts fair weather. The water rises in the spout (and may spill over) when pressure falls and severe weather is predicted.
