Allow me to introduce myself. My name is David Hood owner and operator of "THE HOURGLASS CONNECTION". Over the coming weeks, months and years I shall endeavor to bring to you every size, shape, color, etc., of hourglasses (sand timers) as they become available. I have been producing my own hourglass designs for the past twelve years. These are handcrafted hourglasses and no two will be exactly alike. Most of my hand crafted glasses are made to order and all are heirloom quality. I put a piece of me into each and every one. Times can be adjusted on custom glasses to suit your needs. In the custom hourglasses several colors of sand or ballotini (tiny glass beads) are available. These include white, blue, yellow, mauve, pink, green, orange, red and tan (natural). I can also insert within limits your own substance. (from coal slag, cross linkable polyethylene resin to sand from the Great Wall of China or the Sahara Desert.) Limited only to your imagination.
